It's no surprise that to sleep well it's important to get your body moving, so that when you do lay down to rest, you can quickly drift into a dreamy sleep. Exercise, increasing your heart rate and moving your body doesn't just have its benefits, it's necessary for a healthy lifestyle and a good circadian rhythm. That's why at Scarlet we offer daily complimentary wellness classes. A one hour class focusing on mindful movement and breath work is led by our talented practitioners who are there to listen and share, inspired to make wellbeing easier for everyone.

If you fancy something a bit more intense, why not go for a run along the Cornish clifftops, take a walk along the coastal path or take a surf lesson with our friends at KingSurf. For a more invigorating exercise, take a cold plunge, embrace the elements in the Atlantic and go for a swim*.

*Please only swim during lifeguarded hours and always stay between the red and yellow swimming flags. Mawgan Porth beach is subject to strong currents and strong waves. Ensure to steer clear of swimming/surfing the left hand side of the beach, where the river connects to the ocean. This is where the currents are the strongest.
