• Scarlet Spa Days run from 9am to 5pm, unless stated otherwise, however if you do have time constraints please do contact our spa team prior to booking.
• If your spa day includes lunch, this is a selection of small plates served to be shared. You can view a sample menu here.
• If you would prefer the Afternoon tea please let us know 24 hours prior to arrival.
• We have a maximum group size of 4 guests for Spa days at Scarlet Spa.
• If you are coming to our spa during pregnancy, cancer therapy, or you have accessibility requirements or known allergies, it’s important that you let us know before so we can ensure your visit is comfortable and relaxing.
• We kindly ask guests to bring their own flip flops or sliders to help reduce waste. If needed, flip flops are available for purchase in the spa.
