Elemental Spa Breaks
A series of wellbeing breaks, curated to flow with the seasonal changes.
A cliffside sanctuary.
If making your way to the Scarlet by bus, rail, electric vehicle, bicycle, or even on foot, you can take advantage of our eco-discount, with 5% off your first night's stay with us (excludes travel by plane or taxi).
If trekking along the South West Coast Path, our hotel is only a few minutes from the route.
National Cycle Route 32 plots nearby. The hotel has secure, covered bike storage.
Most often, we recommend traveling to Bodmin Parkway, then transferring to a taxi for the last 30 minute stretch to the hotel.
A valet service will park your car for you upon arrival. As our car park is small, we may need to move your vehicle during your stay. If you drive an electric vehicle, our valet will also charge your car in preparation for your departure. Scarlet is equipped with Tesla Connectors, Type 1 and Type 2 car charging points.
Follow the M5 towards the South West. At Exeter, take the A30 westbound (signposted to Bodmin). Continue past Bodmin, travelling until encountering the exit labelled ‘Newquay and Airport’. Take this exit, following the ramp down to the roundabout – turn off for Newquay on the A39. At the next roundabout, continue on the A39 towards Wadebridge. Then, at the next roundabout, take the first exit for the A3059 towards Cornwall Airport Newquay. Follow this road until you have gone past the Gulf garage (on the right), then take the signposted turning right for Mawgan Porth and the airport. Drive past the airport, then turn right at the T-junction for Mawgan Porth. Head down and through the village. As you climb the hill, you’ll encounter a large red sign for Scarlet, pointing down Tredragon Road. A little down the road, then you’re here.
