Used in our spa treatments, the Oula Body Scrub combines natural exfoliants with pure essential oils to smooth the skin while supporting circulation and lymphatic flow. The aromatic blend of Lemongrass, Seaweed and Melissa Oils works on both a physical and sensory level, helping to prepare the body for massage or bathing, and enhancing the effectiveness of oils and muds that follow.

Skin is left soft, receptive and revitalised, while the mind experiences a gentle shift toward clarity and balance.

A deeply grounding mud treatment for detoxification, nourishment and stillness.

Our Oula Mud is rich in naturally active minerals (Kaolin Clay, Irish Moss, Shea Butter and Aloe Vera) and blended with pure essential oils to support cleansing, circulation and energetic grounding. Used in spa rituals to draw out impurities and tension, it also encourages deep relaxation and reconnection with the body.

As the mud warms on the skin, muscles soften and the nervous system begins to settle, allowing both physical and emotional release. Skin is left nourished and replenished, with a renewed sense of calm and stability.
