Growing natural, flavourful food is a long process. Slow-aged steaks need to be hung over the course of weeks. Catching seafood sustainably takes patience and consideration. And needing a certain vegetable might mean waiting for the seasons to turn. But now, the fruits of these long processes are ready for you to try. We invite you to come and let the taste linger, to sip the wine glass slowly.

Unfortunately we are currently closed to non-hotel guests. Lunch, Sunday Lunch and Afternoon Tea reservations are bookable online for 1st November 2021 onward.
