The perfect way to enhance your stay with us. You can start your day with our gentle yet energising class that blends intuitive movement with conscious breathing or join us for a midday dip in our reed filtered outdoor pool. Our wellbeing classes are designed to awaken the body and clear the mind.

Sessions held at Scarlet

9.30am - Morning Mindful Movement & Breathwork - Scarlet Yoga Room (available daily)

Awaken your body, clear your mind and improve mobility with a gentle yet energising class that blends intuitive movement and conscious breathing.

12pm - Cold Dip - Reed Pool (available Tuesdays, Thursdays Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays)

Our team will guide you through gentle breath work techniques to help calm the mind, regulate the body before you immersive yourself in the cold water of our natural reed pool.

Sessions held at Bedruthan Hotel

Scarlet guests are welcome to attend classes held at our sister hotel, Bedruthan Hotel:

8am - Morning Mindful Movement & Breathwork - Bedruthan Wellbeing Studio (available daily)

Awaken your body, clear your mind and improve mobility with a gentle yet energising class that blends intuitive movement and conscious breathing.

11am - Know Your Dosha workshop - Bedruthan Tranquillity Lounge (available Tuesdays, Thursdays Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays)

Gain a better understanding of your natural tendencies and how they may influence areas such as energy levels, mood, digestion, sleep and overall wellbeing.

  • Wellbeing classes are bookable online only. You can reserve your space by clicking here.
  • Although timetables are regularly updated, all classes are subject to changes.
  • Please arrive at least 5 minutes before the class start time. Late arrival may mean you are not able to join the class.
  • For Morning Mindful Movement please arrive wearing comfortable clothing and with a water bottle to keep hydrated. You are welcome to bring your own mat if you have one with you, however we have plenty of mats, blocks and bolsters available.
  • For the Daily Dip please wear swimwear, the spa desk will provide towels and robes.
