Just add the letters TSH in front of your reference number and ensure you are using the lead booker's surname to log in. things to note

  • Although timetables are regularly updated, all classes are subject to changes. Please check with our spa reception team if you are looking to join a specific wellbeing class.
  • Please arrive at Scarlet spa reception 5 minutes before the class start time. Late arrival may mean you are not able to join the class you have booked.
  • Arrive wearing comfortable clothing and with a water bottle to keep hydrated. You are welcome to bring your own mat if you have one with you, however we have plenty of mats, blocks and bolsters available.
  • We continue to encourage you to maintain social distancing where possible and recommend you wear a face covering around the hotel, although we recognise that this is a personal choice. Please take the time to read our spa safety guide before heading down to our spa.
