Just like the hotel, Scarlet’s Private Dining Room is an informal setting that’s suited to intimate celebrations with small groups. Scarlet Restaurant’s talented chefs will prepare intricate options for each course, while our sommelier can recommend wine pairings for each dish. Coincide with a late summer sunset for a particularly memorable evening.
