Personalised Yoga Break

This is your year, yes, you. We’ve got you and we’ll help make it happen. Finding inspiration in a moment of meditation, finding freedom in movement in a class, setting goals for your year is all at the Scarlet waiting for you.

This year will flow like a beautiful yoga class. You’ll start by having a lie down in a sea-view Scarlet room, taking a breath of crisp ocean air and setting your intentions in a workshop. You’ll be ready to warm up your life, find your balance and grab those goals, and maybe come back in the year to top up or tell us you’ve smashed it.

We’ve spent a few years perfecting a personalised yoga break, and this one is for you and for 2020. Yogi or complete newbie, it’s all yours and we will nurture and challenge you wherever you are in your journey.

A three-night break includes:

  • Three-night stay in a sea view room with two-course breakfast every morning.
  • Dinner on two evenings in our restaurant, or enjoyed in the comfort of your room.
  • A Scarlet Journey: four hours to completely unwind during an individual consultation, a bathing ritual, a guided meditation, a therapeutic massage and deep relaxation recovery time. We’ll match the specialties of your therapists to your Ayurvedic dosha.
  • Two privately tutored 90-minute yoga sessions and optional group classes every morning and afternoon meditation
  • Time in the cliff top hot tub overlooking Mawgan Porth beach
  • A Happi Empire journal and our top tips for setting your intentions for the year

Our Yoga Break is available until  31st October 2020, from £1,590 based on two people sharing a Just Right room for three nights.
