Your room will be ready for you to check in by 4pm; however, please feel free to arrive at any time on your arrival day to begin exploring our coastal hideaway. Check out of your room is 11am, late enough for a leisurely lie in and a final beach walk.

To give your arrival a certain touch, our team can organise small surprises. These options include chilled Champagne, chocolates, fresh coastal flowers and homemade celebration cakes (please note flowers and cakes will require advance notice). Parking is complimentary. When you arrive please give your registration to our welcome team and our valet are happy to help you find a suitable parking space or park your car for you. Scarlet has universal Type 1, Type 2 and Tesla Connector charging ports. Please let our teams know if you would like to charge your car. Please note there is an hourly charge for use of our car charging service.

Tea & coffee is made fresh and brought to you instead of in room single use sachets. If you would like to order any hot drinks please order by scanning the QR code in your room or by calling reception.

Breakfast can be enjoyed in the sea-view restaurant between 8am -11am. There is no need to reserve a table for breakfast. Alternatively you can order breakfast to your room by calling reception.

Room service is available from 12 - 9pm from our all day menu, there is no tray charge for room service and you can order by scanning the QR code in your room. You can also dine from the all day menu in the bar area, there is no need to reserve a table in the bar.

Afternoon tea is served everyday between 2 - 4pm, please note 24 hours notice is required for afternoon tea bookings. You can book here.

Join us for a one-hour Wine tasting workshop daily at 4pm where you’ll sample six Cornish wines paired with nibbles and discover new flavours under the guidance of our expert sommeliers. You can book here.

Dinner is available in the restaurant from 6 - 9pm. Each night, we offer an à la carte menu alongside a seven course taster menu. The seven course taster menu can also be accompanied by a wine flight. The taster menu must be booked in advance and we highly recommend booking in advance for the à la carte menu to avoid disappointment. You can book a table here.

The Scarlet Spa, aims to offer something that goes deeper than conventional treatments. We focus on long-term rejuvenation rather than quick fixes, drawing on Ayurvedic wisdom and the intuition of heartfelt, holistic therapists to create treatments that reach both mind and body.

As part of your stay, you’ll enjoy unlimited access to our spa facilities. Our spa facilities - including the indoor pool and outdoor natural reed pool and cedar wood sauna are open daily from 8am - 8pm. Towels and robes are provided at the spa desk.

If planning to stay with your dog, please contact our reservations team prior to booking as we have a limited number of dog-friendly rooms. Scarlet accepts small to medium dogs and up to two dogs can share your Scarlet stay with you. There is an additional charge of £20 per dog, per night, we will provide a dog bed, towel and food bowls ready for your furry friend.

If you’re allergic to dogs, we also have rooms that remain dog-free. Please contact our reservations team to discuss further.

Whilst you are here in the hotel with your dog, we do have some lovely dog friendly lounges and spaces around the hotel for you to take advantage of. The Retreat Lounge being the largest with its wonderful outside decking area and the Reception Lounge with open beach and sea views. We do allow dogs in the bar and on the restaurant terrace until 5pm, but if you would like to dine with your dog in the evening, we are more than happy to accommodate this in the Retreat Lounge and for breakfast we will have a table set up in the bar.

We ask for dogs to be kept on leads around the hotel.
