Every treatment begins with a consultation - a moment for you and your therapist to connect. Together, you’ll co-create the experience based on what you need most in that moment. Sometimes this takes just a few minutes, other times a little longer, either can be just right. This time allows your therapist to understand your needs and to prescribe a personalised approach, helping you get the most from your treatment - whether that’s reducing pain, relaxing the nervous system, encouraging deep rest, or simply feeling grounded and clear. We may also take a light look at your dosha - your Ayurvedic constitutional type, to help guide your treatment in a more holistic way.

Longer massage treatments (90 minutes+) offer a profound impact that goes beyond temporary relaxation. Extended sessions allow therapists to work more deeply into muscle tissue, releasing chronic tension, improving circulation, and addressing areas that shorter sessions often miss. They give the body time to fully respond to therapeutic techniques, promoting better flexibility, reducing pain, and enhancing overall physical and mental well-being. Additionally, longer treatments can create a meditative experience, lowering stress hormones and fostering a deeper sense of calm that lasts well beyond the session. In essence, the extra time transforms massage from a momentary relief into a holistic, restorative practice.

Combined Facial and Foot Massage
A grounding Ayurvedic-inspired treatment designed to restore balance inside and out. Your journey begins with a gentle facial cleanse and exfoliation using wild-crafted botanicals to support the skin’s natural balance and bring a brighter, refreshed appearance. Ayurvedic massage techniques are then applied to the face, easing tension and encouraging the effect of a natural ‘facelift’. As a deeply hydrating mask nourishes and protects against stress, ageing, and environmental damage, you’ll drift into relaxation with your choice of scalp or hand massage. Restore two of the body’s most sensitive areas. We find facial and feet massages often imbue the greatest sense of calm: these areas feature the highest concentration of Marma points, crucial energy junctures within the Ayurvedic understanding of the body. Mukhabhyana is the facial component, rhythmically massaging facial muscles while nourishing skin health with herbal oils. Padabhyanga is a pressure massage of the sole of the foot, alongside a lower leg massage that soothes away the fatigue that comes from carrying the body.

A massage fully focused around the head, designed to brighten both physical appearance and mental energy. MukhaShiro typically begins with the Shirobhyanga to sooth the neck, shoulder and upper arm muscles. Instead of working upon the body, this touch-free treatment emphasises the restorative effects of slowing the mind.
There’s a natural power inside meditation’s focus: by spending time within your mind, you better learn how to remove stress, control anxiety and retain mental clarity. Cornish Seaweed and Scrub:
Deeply nourishing, excellent for dry skin conditions, inspired by the sea and the natural benefits of wild sea swimming. Sink into the large, warm copper bath and let the hand-harvested, antioxidant-rich Cornish seaweed get to work. Use the mesh bag filled with salt scrub and seaweed to exfoliate and hydrate.
Calming Himalayan Salts:
Your own private place to let all tension slide away. Soak in the luxurious scents of carefully chosen Epsom salts, while the warm water gently soothes your muscles. Includes a bowl of scrub to exfoliate and hydrate skin. Can be just for you or shared.
Parents-to-be:
Enjoy some slowed-down time during your pregnancy. Let your body deeply rest. Use the gentle body exfoliator to add to your glow - and there's some specially formulated oil to carefully massage any aching areas. For added care, we heat the tub to a slightly lower temperature. There’s enough room for you, baby and one more if you’d like.

The hammam suite will be all yours, though we’ll explain how to best slather the mud and scrub the skin. Each person gets time lying on the heated ceramic bed, while the other carefully applies the mineral mud mixture and aromatic scrub.

Begin by preparing the skin with a body scrub. Then, slather each other with a muddy, mineral-rich clay. The steam helps absorb the kaolin clay’s minerals into the skin, before a shower reveals a smoother complexion.
