Our lunch menu celebrates bright and fresh tastes, drawn up with sunny coastal days in mind. Fresh seafood and crisp salads, alongside sweet desserts with clean flavours.
A daily celebration of nature’s generous gifts. Captivating, coastal views. Stunning, seasonal food. Sustainable, slow-aged wines.
Growing natural, flavourful food takes time. Slow-aged steaks are hung over the course of weeks to develop their character. Catching seafood sustainably takes patience and consideration. And needing a certain vegetable might mean waiting for the seasons to turn.
Guided by this philosophy, Head Chef Chris Whitman creates menus that reflect the rhythm of the seasons and the quality of exceptional ingredients. Join us to savour thoughtfully crafted dishes, linger over conversation, and enjoy wine and food as they were meant to be experienced - slowly.
Please note Scarlet Restaurant is adults-only. Our maximum group size is 6 people, however we can accept larger tables as part of a private dining option.
