Join us for a two-night gourmet escape to discover the abundance that spring brings. Sample the season’s produce with a seven-course taster menu at the Scarlet Restaurant, served with carefully-chosen paired wines. Also includes a session in a clifftop hot tub — take some time to be amongst the flowering plants and fresh spring air.

- Two night stay for two people
- Breakfast each morning
- One night’s seven-course taster menu with 5 paired wines
- 30-minute clifftop hot tub session
- Champagne afternoon tea
- One hour wine tasting session with our in-house sommelier

Spring Wine Down Terms & Conditions
- The Spring Wine Down can be booked for stays until 3rd April 2022, or from from 2nd October 2022 until 31st March 2023. Unavailable during the summer months.
- Arrive Sunday to Thursday only.
- A non-refundable deposit of 25% is required at the time of booking, with the remainder payable on departure.
- Strictly subject to availability.
- Includes breakfast each morning.
- Includes one Champagne Afternoon Tea at the Scarlet Restaurant for two people.
- Includes one night’s seven-course taster menu with 5 paired wines at the Scarlet Restaurant for two people.
- Includes one hour’s wine tasting with our sommelier. Wine tasting sessions are available on Monday, Wednesday and Friday. Please talk to us directly if staying over the weekend.
- Includes use of the Scarlet Spa’s swimming pools, steam room and sauna. Includes a 30-minute clifftop hot tub session. Other treatments are an additional charge.
- Extra nights are charged at standard rates.
- The Scarlet is an adults-only hotel.
