We’ve carefully curated this package with your complete wellbeing in mind; from our full body treatment that works at making you feel grounded so you can fall into a deep slumber through the night, cold-water therapy that will refresh a tired mind and help create a more peaceful existence, and our in room breathwork and sleep gifts to create the right environment just for you.

- Three course dinner on one evening of your choice

- A 90-minute Sarvanga treatment, an oil based treatment to ground and bring you a sense of calm
- Bedtime breathing ritual, final preparations for a restful night, with materials to take home and continue your sleep exploration
- A guided cold water dip in the reed pool, a healthy reset for the mind and body
- 30-minute clifftop hot tub session
- Herbal chamomile tea served to your room each evening, perfect for winding down, reducing anxiety and calming the senses

- Restorative Sleep Break excludes bank holidays and the months of July and August.
- A non-refundable deposit of 25% is required at the time of booking.

- The Yoga mat's are property of Scarlet Hotel and are strictly to be used for the duration of your stay only.
