Autumn tasting menu

Each Spring and Autumn our head chef, Tom Hunter, creates a very special five-course tasting menu showcasing the best of local, Cornish Autumn produce: freshly landed seafood, seasonal fruits and vegetables and locally reared meats. Each course has been paired with a selection of exceptional wines from small artisan producers.

For the first time this is now available to non-resident diners when booked in advance for £60 per person, or £105 per person with wine flight. The Autumn Tasting Menu is also part of the indulgent two-night Taste of Autumn Gourmet Break.

The menu will change each day based on what is fresh and seasonal, however below is a sample menu to give you a flavour:

Our Taste of Autumn Gourmet Break is also available on Sundays – Thursdays from 4th October to 26th November 2015, with prices starting from £407.50 per person in October and £367.50 per person in November, based on two people sharing a Just Right room.
