Spring tasting menu

As part of the Taste of the Spring gourmet break our head chef, Tom Hunter, has created a special five-course tasting menu showcasing the best of local, Cornish spring produce: freshly landed seafood, seasonal fruits and vegetables and locally reared meats. Each course has been paired with a selection of exceptional wines from small artisan producers.

The menu will change each day based on what is fresh and seasonal, however below is a sample menu to give you a flavour:

The Taste of Spring Gourmet Break is available from 1st March to 24th April 2015 with prices starting from £350 per person for breaks in March and £400 per person for breaks in April, based on two people sharing a Just Right room.
