Take this time out and travel away from it all. Claim a room at our coastal eco-hotel, spending quiet days on the windswept beaches or around the Scarlet Spa‘s relaxation spaces, followed by intimate dining and celebrations with loved ones.
Your Scarlet New Year Includes:
- A three-night stay, arriving on 30th December and departing on 2nd January.
- Enjoy mulled wine & mince pies upon arrival.
- On your first night, there's a chance to meet the team and your fellow festive revellers with champagne and canapes before indulging in a four-course tasting menu with a selection of paired drinks.
- On New Year’s Eve itself, enjoy a celebratory spectacular five-course dinner paired with carefully selected wines (non-alcoholic drinks available). Then, at midnight, gather round to toast the New Year with our own firework display.
- On New Year’s Day, start with a clementine fizz breakfast, or opt for a later-start and make it a brunch instead.
- Join us for an invigorating New Year’s Day dip, hosted by our friends at King Surf (wetsuits are provided, but we encourage you to go in swimsuits as the locals do!)
- On New Year’s Day enjoy a delicious three-course dinner, followed by one last restful night beside the sea.
- Choose either a Clifftop Hot Tub or Candlelit Copper Tub experience for two during your stay to make it truly special.
- A special Scarlet Hamper to take home with you on the morning of departure.
- A two-course breakfast is included every morning of your stay.
- You’ll have full use of our spa facilities: indoor pool, outdoor natural reed pool, clifftop sauna, steam room and access to our daily complimentary wellbeing class.

Scarlet New Year Terms & Conditions
- Scarlet New Year can only be booked for a three-night stay between 30th December 2026 and 2nd January 2027.
- A non-refundable deposit of 25% is required at the time of booking, with the remainder taken 21 days prior to arrival.
- We recommend that you take out suitable travel insurance at the time of booking in case of the eventuality of cancellation.
- Includes only those elements detailed above. Additional spa treatments, experiences and dining options are at additional charge.
- The Scarlet is an adults-only hotel.
