Take this time out and travel away from it all. Claim a room at our coastal eco-hotel, spending quiet days on the windswept beaches or around the Scarlet Spa‘s relaxation spaces, followed by intimate dining and celebrations with loved ones.
Your Scarlet New Year
- A three-night stay, arriving on Monday 30th December and departing on Thursday 2nd January.
- On your first night, enjoy a chance to meet the team and your fellow festive revellers with champagne and canapes before indulging in a spectacular four course dinner.
- And on New Year’s Eve itself, enjoy a celebratory drink before sitting down for an indulgent five course tasting menu with carefully selected paired wines.
- Then, come midnight, gather round and toast to the New Year with our own firework display.
- On New Year's Eve we'll host a pop up casino and live music to add to the celebrations.
- On New Year’s Day, start with a clementine fizz breakfast, or opt for a later-start and make it a brunch instead! Then, in the evening enjoy a three course dinner.
- An invigorating New Year’s Day dip (wetsuits are provided, but we encourage you to go in swimsuits as the locals do).
- A two-course breakfast is included every morning of your stay.
- Choose either a Clifftop Hot Tub or Candlelit Copper Tub experience for two during your stay to make it truly special.
- You’ll also have full use of our spa facilities: indoor pool, outdoor natural reed pool, clifftop sauna and steam room. And access to daily complimentary wellbeing classes.
- Enjoy mince pies and mulled wine upon arrival and a special Scarlet hamper to take home on the day of departure.

- Scarlet New Year can only be booked for a three-night stay between 30th December 2024 and 2nd January 2025.
- A non-refundable deposit of 25% is required at the time of booking, with the remainder taken 21 days prior to arrival.
- Includes only those elements detailed above. Additional spa treatments, experiences and dining options are at additional charge.
- The Scarlet is an adults-only hotel.
