As Deputy Welcome manager you will be creating a place where people want to be. Deliver exceptional reception welcome experience that extends throughout our guests stay, through supportive & inspirational leadership, team growth, and supporting delivery of a clear, consistent and adaptable operating plan that values individuals.
As part of our sales and reservations team, you’ll be the first point of contact for guests as they plan and book their holiday, helping them decide when to stay and arrange their perfect experience. As the voice of the Bedruthan and Scarlet brand you’ll easily build rapport and make guests feel welcome from the minute they interact with us.
Our philosophy is that everyone who comes to Scarlet and Bedruthan is coming to our house; we want to get them a drink as quickly as possible and then serve them a good meal before bidding them a fond farewell.
Bar Host is what we call our bar staff as this reflects what the role needs to do, which is to be a host to our guests. If you have a passion for all things bar related and a genuine desire to deliver a wonderful guest experience, then Bar Host is for you.
To ensure all accommodation and communal areas are maintained to a high level of cleanliness. This will include a thorough clean of all rooms, surfaces and floors, changing linen and replenishing towels, logging damages, and reporting missing items. Being highly organised and having an eye for detail is important. You’ll have great communication skills, a positive attitude and always happy to engage with our guests and team.
