Reception and Reservations Specialist – £8.50-£8.75 per hour

The role of Reception and Reservations Specialist is to build a rapport with guests and anticipate their every need and desire from when making their reservation to delivering the warm Scarlet welcome in our reception.

Housekeeping Supervisor – £9.25-£9.50 per hour

This role covers Bedruthan and Scarlet Hotels.  If you are a self-starter who is enthusiastic and energetic, can think outside of the box and dares to be different on a daily basis, then this Supervisor role could be for you

Spa Host – £8.50-£8.75 per hour

Our Spa Hosts deliver exceptional service to our guests, take care of the presentation of the spa and help us deliver a genuine Scarlet moment. Sharing their experiences of the spa and helping guests choose the right treatment for them as well as being responsible for the smooth running of the spa reception area.

Day Host – £8.25-£8.50 per hour

Scarlet like to do things differently so we don’t have a formal ‘Concierge/Porter’. All of our team ‘host’ and the most diverse and interesting role at the Scarlet is our Day Host offering an exceptional customer experience to our guests, whilst supporting the Front of House Team and Food & Beverage Team.

Kitchen Porter – £8.25-£8.50 per hour

We are looking for someone who is organised, efficient and conscientious, who has an eye for detail and shows initiative. A “can do attitude” is essential as nothing should ever be too much trouble for our guests or for each other.

Chef de Partie £9.50-£9.75 per hour

Cooking skills and product knowledge are massively important, but our best chefs are also consistent, reliable, willing to learn and adapt to different ways of working. The right candidates will develop and progress over time in a 2 rosette kitchen striving for excellence.

Reception and Valet Host – £8.50-£875

The role of Reception and Valet Host is to meet and greet guests, park and retrieve cars as requested, check in guest arrival and check out guest departure

Restaurant Host – £8.25-£8.50 per hour

We are looking for are people who are confident, friendly and want to learn and develop their skills, whilst continually providing amazing customer service. You will fit in well with a like-minded team who are charming and full of smiles even at the busiest times.  Previous similar experience is preferable but not essential.
