Front of House Manager

We are looking for a Front of House Manager for our two iconic hotels on the North Cornish coast. We are looking for an outstanding candidate who is passionate about hospitality and wants to lead the creation of a world class welcome across our two hotels that delivers a genuine guest experience like no other.

Spa Therapist

A sprinkle of fun, a dash of kindness and an endless supply of care, make up our wonderful therapies team. Each unique talent is nurtured and developed in line with individual career goals and eclectic interests.

Contract Maintenance Operative

Our Property Team provide planned and re-active maintenance necessary to preserve our reputation for the comfort and safety of our guests and staff across both hotels. We currently have a number of projects underway at the Bedruthan and Scarlet and are seeking skilled operatives to complete short/fixed term contracts.

Waiter/Waitress

Do you have a passion for all things bar related and a genuine desire to deliver a wonderful guest experience? Are driven to deliver exceptional food to our hungry guests whilst having a giggle along the way?

Restaurant Supervisor

Our F&B Team Leaders ensure the cheerful and professional delivery of our food and beverage service to the required standards for the Wild Café, Scarlet and Herring restaurants on a daily basis by inspiring and enabling the team and leading by example.

Housekeeping assistant 

To ensure all accommodation and communal areas are maintained to a high level of cleanliness. This will include a thorough clean of all rooms, surfaces and floors, changing linen and replenishing towels, logging damages, and reporting missing items. Being highly organised and having an eye for detail is important. You’ll have great communication skills, a positive attitude and always happy to engage with our guests and team.
