Food Services Manager

Restaurant Team Leader

We are looking for a Restaurant Team Leader to lead our fabulous team and help support our Restaurant Managers. Our F&B Team Leaders ensure the cheerful and professional delivery of our food and beverage service to the required standards for the Wild Café, Scarlet and Herring restaurants on a daily basis by inspiring and enabling the team and leading by example.

Therapies Team Leader

Within the role you will ensure that our team and guests are nurtured through your presence and support. Coordinate our agile team with clarity so our people appreciate the value of every interaction and the part they play in our wider plan and goals.

Wildlife Gardening Specialist

We love and cherish our gardens here at the Bedruthan and Scarlet and looking for someone with the same passion to join the grounds team. You will cherish the outdoors, be passionate about horticulture and be inspired by the best gardens in the UK and globally.

Reservationist

You will manage the diary (we call it Tetris), we will coach you to maximise bookings and this will help to create a strong foundation for our Hotels.

Night host/Receptionist 

This position, within our Front of House Team, is crucial to delivering exceptional hospitality to our guests and assists in maintaining a safe, secure and clean environment overnight.

Housekeeping Room Attendant

The role of Room Attendant is to clean hotel rooms to a set standard and exceed our guest expectations. To ensure all accommodation and communal areas are maintained to a high level of cleanliness. This will include a thorough clean of all rooms, surfaces and floors, changing linen and replenishing towels, logging damages, and reporting missing items.

Commis Chef

The kitchen is led by Head Chef, Craig Davies who brings with him a wealth of experience from some of the finest hotels and restaurants in the country. You will work with the finest suppliers in the county and have the opportunity to work with the very best produce delivered by our valued farmers, gardeners and fisherman.

Chef De Partie

Restaurant Host
