Begin the new season celebrating all of spring’s beautiful flavours. On your first evening with us experience our five-course spring taster menu, developed by Head Chef Mike Francis. These are some of his favourite spring dishes that use the best of our local and seasonal produce. To accompany the menu enjoy a selection of exceptional wines from small artisan producers, beautifully paired to complement each course of your meal.
Fall asleep to the sound of the Atlantic ocean and awake the next day to a leisurely breakfast overlooking the spectacular North Cornish coast before taking a stroll on the beach or spending some time in the Scarlet spa. On your second evening enjoy a candlelit dinner and our daily changing three-course evening menu, before another blissful sleep to the sounds of the sea.

- Two nights in one of our beautiful sea view rooms with a reviving three-course breakfast each morning.
- A five-course taster menu created by our chef, with a selection of exceptional wines from small artisan producers beautifully paired to compliment each course of your meal.
- For our vegan guests, we offer a five-course vegan taster menu paired with a selection of stunning vegan wines.
- Make the most of the restorative properties of the Scarlet spa: plunge into the indoor pool, relax in the dry heat of the sea view barrel sauna and spend time in the steam room.
- Finally, a three course candlelit dinner in our sea view restaurant.
