Food and Beverage Host - £11.00 hourly

We are looking for are people who are confident, friendly and want to learn and develop their skills, whilst continually providing amazing customer service. You will fit in well with a like-minded team who are charming and full of smiles even at the busiest times.

Sommelier - £11.50 hourly

We are looking for someone who is knowledgeable in wines, self-motivated with a flexible attitude and has fantastic communication skills. You will be kind, caring and someone who enjoys creating long lasting memories for our guests.

Deputy Food Services Manager

Across the Bedruthan and Scarlet Hotel we have three restaurants in total. The Wild café, the Herring and the Scarlet. You will be supporting the restaurant managers in creating an authentic environment where people want to be. Delivering exceptional service standards through supportive and inspirational leadership, team development and empowerment. Responsible for executing a clear, consistent and adaptable operating plan that values each of the team’s contribution.

Day Host - £11.00 Hourly

All of our team ‘host’ and the most diverse and interesting role is our Day Host offering an exceptional customer experience to our guests, whilst supporting the Food & Beverage Team and other areas within the hotel.
