Sous Chef

Job Description

Our friendly brigade at is structured to deliver creative dishes for our three superb restaurants and events operation. The role of Sous Chef is to support and supervise the day to day running of the kitchens, inspire and motivate the whole team deliver food excellence and consistency whilst ensuring the kitchen is a positive, safe and clean working environment.

Qualifications

You live and breathe food and drink and are hungry to learn
You will work positively and collaboratively to achieve the highest standards
Previous experience working in a busy hotel or restaurant kitchen up to 2 rosette standard
A passion for local, seasonal produce
You want to be part of a team that works hard, supports each other, is professional yet fun
