Enjoy the flavours of Autumn on a luxurious two-night Scarlet Gourmet Break – the ultimate indulgence.

Autumn is an exciting time in the Scarlet kitchen – with beautiful new produce arriving on the doorstep: root vegetables from the garden, sweet berries from the hedgerows, freshly caught seafood and rich local game.

Arrive with us, settle into your sea view room and take time to explore. As the evening draws in, experience our Autumn five-course taster menu created by our chef Mike Francis, primed from his favourite dishes using the best seasonal produce.

Awake the next day to a long, leisurely breakfast overlooking the spectacular north Cornish coast before maybe taking a stroll on the beach and exploring the Scarlet. Return for a champagne afternoon tea with freshly prepared finger sandwiches and cakes.

After another night sleeping to the sounds of the sea, awake to another three-course Scarlet breakfast, before returning home.

Your break includes:

  • Two nights in one of our beautiful sea view rooms with breakfast each morning
  • A five-course taster menu show casing Autumnal local produce.  We are also proud to offer a vegan taster menu.
  • Champagne Afternoon Tea
  • Use of the Scarlet spa facilities during your stay: plunge into the indoor pool, relax in the dry heat of the sea view barrel sauna and breathe in the steam in the steam room

The Scarlet Spa is open, but is working in a different way to keep everyone safe. Elements of the spa now need to be reserved once you’ve arrived at the Scarlet. Please see our Covid-19 update page for the full information.
