Autumn is an exciting time in the Scarlet kitchen – with beautiful new produce arriving on the doorstep: root vegetables from the garden, sweet berries from the hedgerows, freshly caught seafood and rich local game.
Arrive with us, settle into your sea view room and take time to explore. As the evening draws in, experience our Autumn five-course taster menu created by our chef Mike Francis, primed from his favourite dishes using the best seasonal produce.
Awake the next day to a long, leisurely breakfast overlooking the spectacular north Cornish coast before maybe taking a stroll on the beach and exploring the Scarlet. Return for a champagne afternoon tea with freshly prepared finger sandwiches and cakes.
After another night sleeping to the sounds of the sea, awake to another three-course Scarlet breakfast, before returning home.

- Use of the Scarlet spa facilities during your stay: plunge into the indoor pool, relax in the dry heat of the sea view barrel sauna and breathe in the steam in the steam room
