Tri-dosha pummelling massage using therapeutic ayurvedic herbal powders, which are crushed in a traditional pestle and mortar and tied into a muslin cloth to form a bolus (or poultice). Warming oil is applied to the body using the bolus and massaged in using an Ayurvedic technique known as pummelling.
